Question 1

What is Certune?

Accepted Answer

Certune is a marketplace where you can buy feature verses and book verified artists. Every deal is escrow-protected, so your money, stems and rights stay secured. Certune is powered by the label Hiphopadellic.

Question 2

How does escrow protect my money?

Accepted Answer

When you book a feature, your payment is held safely in escrow. The artist only gets paid once the agreed verse is delivered. That way you never pay for work you don't receive.

Question 3

What services can I book?

Accepted Answer

Feature verses, playlist placements, graphic design and cover art, mix and master, beat production, and ads and promotion — all booked and paid through Certune.

Question 4

What do I receive when I book a feature?

Accepted Answer

You receive the verse as agreed with the artist before the deal starts. Everything that's part of the deal is set upfront, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time is agreed with the artist when you book. Your payment stays in escrow until the work is delivered.

Question 6

What if the verse isn't what we agreed on?

Accepted Answer

Because the money is held in escrow, the artist is only paid once the agreed work is delivered. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Question 7

What do the first 50 Feature Verse buyers get?

Accepted Answer

The first 50 people who buy a Feature Verse get free cover artwork and a free submission to the Hiphopadellic playlists.

Question 8

How do I start selling verses on Certune?

Accepted Answer

Apply as an artist via the application form. Our team reviews your application, and once you're verified you can start receiving bookings.

Question 9

What does "verified artist" mean?

Accepted Answer

Every artist on Certune is reviewed by our team before they can sell, so buyers know they're dealing with real artists.

Question 10

When do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your delivery is confirmed, the payment held in escrow is released to you. No chasing invoices, no unpaid work.

Question 11

Do I need to be famous to sell?

Accepted Answer

No. Certune is for verified artists at every level. What matters is that you're real, you deliver, and you keep your word.

Question 12

What does Certune charge?

Accepted Answer

During beta: 10% to book, 0% to sell. No subscription. The first 100 keep a better rate for life.

Question 13

What is the Founding 100?

Accepted Answer

The first 100 people to close a deal in beta get founding perks: a permanent badge, a better lifetime rate and free verification for life. Only 100 founding spots are available.

Question 14
